Rosa Joss Bay is a unique self catering property, ideal for 6 Adults and 3 children. The house is comprised of 4 bedrooms, one of which is a dedicated children’s bunk room.
Rosa is nestled by the village green in the charming Reading Street neighbourhood, the area provides a peaceful village setting close to Joss Bay Beach, with artisan cafe to compliment the character houses.
Broadstairs itself is a popular seaside destination known for its picturesque beaches, Victorian architecture, and a rich literary history, particularly its association with Charles Dickens.
Free on street Parking at the location. Train stations at Broadstairs and Margate no more than 10 minutes away by car.

Beautifully furnished throughout, this accommodation offers relaxed family living for large groups. Enter into a stylish lounge area with comfortable sofas surrounding a Smart TV and wood burner for a cosy setting for evenings in.
From the spacious lounge head through into the light and airy open-plan kitchen/diner which is perfect for family celebrations and convivial mealtimes around the large dining table that overlooks the garden. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for creating delicious meals and a relaxing breakfast. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with WC.
Large sliding doors in the kitchen give access to the outdoor patio area complete with outdoor shower to wash off after the beach (Available April-October).
At the back of the garden is the outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, complete with BBQ, Pizza oven and outdoor sink with furniture for dining and lounging.
Away from the patio there is a covered storage area which also houses a pool table/ping pong table and darts board. You will also find plenty of toys for children of all ages along with bikes, scooters and beach equipment to borrow.
From the ground floor a set of stairs descends to the lower ground floor where there is a king size bedroom which is warm and cosy with a Smart TV. This king size bed can be converted into two small singles - 76x190cm- on request.
Back up to the ground floor and from the lounge area, stairs lead up to the first floor where there are a further two bedrooms. Firstly a large bright king-size bedroom overlooking the village green and also a fun bunk room with an additional pull-out trundle for children to let their creativity and imagination run free (please note bunk beds and trundle are not suitable for children over 12 years of age). To finish the floor is a beautiful family bathroom with a roll top bath, walk-in shower and WC.
A further set of stairs from the landing leads up to the master double bedroom on the second floor where sliding doors to a Juliette balcony can be thrown open on warm days. The master suite is completed with a handy tea and coffee making area with a kettle and fridge, and an en-suite shower room.
